Given the number of foreclosures occurring in Florida, making foreclosure maps a part of the TaxLienMaps.com site is a natural fit.  Initially, we are targeting Duval and Hillsborough counties to work out the style and format.  As data becomes available after the initial phase, other Florida counties will be added.

 Point foreclosure maps are made available to anyone wishing to use them at no charge.  These maps have points at the location of the foreclosed property and a label with the last six digits of the Clerk of Court Instrument number.  The full number has the year and the six digit label.  This will allow for quickly scanning and targeting only the properties that fit your geographic profile.  These maps will be posted daily.

 Map Books are available for daily, weekly or monthly periods and start at just $5.00 for daily county wide maps.  Custom area maps are available, please call or email for quote.

Location, Location, Location.  The mantra of real estate.  What better way to locate properties than with a map!  While a limited number of County websites allow you to research property locations one at a time, TAXLIENMAPS.COM provides you with previews of the county, end to end.  Our preview maps show you where the densest concentrations of properties are.  You then can zoom in to view individual sections.  In the section view, you can identify individual properties in a pin map format.  But we don’t just put dots on a road map, our dots are informative.  First, we label each dot with the property identification number from the advertisement list.  Next, we can color code each dot to provide addition information, such as property type (i.e. resident, commercial, etc.) or Certificate value or property value or zone or just about any data that you can find in a CAMA listing of the property.  Speaking of data, you don’t just get a map, but you can also get the data record for each property displayed for an additional fee.  Most vendors can only provide you with record data.

Our Mission

Taxlienmaps.com is dedicated to helping investors in tax lien certificates identify and locate properties of interest by using geographic information systems (computerized mapping).  By attaching the physical address of the property to the tax lien information and then displaying the properties on it's county map, we can reduce research times considerably.  We do this by displaying and color coding properties for the entire county in sections.  Allowing the investor to view property data on a  section or county wide basis, not just one property at a time.
